Calcium Absorption Inhibitors

In addition to strengthening bone mineral, calcium has a role in maintaining weight loss, healthy heart, muscle and innervation, meringkankan premenstrual syndrome, and prevent colon cancer. Calcium contained in milk and other dairy products, green vegetables, tofu, fish, and so on.


What are the absorption of calcium?
- Sodium or sodium (salt) together with urine calcium increased spending, so it is not optimally absorbed by the body.

- Alcohol can inhibit the enzyme that activates vitamin D, so that impaired calcium absorption.


- Smoking, stress, lack of exercise makes the body can not effectively absorb calcium.
