Sex Also Need to Detox

The term 'sex detox' may not be so familiar. However, these two words can be interpreted by simple, namely to stop sexual activity during a certain period to improve the quality of your sex life.

Is the famous sex therapist, Ian Kerner, who introduced this term in his book, Sex Detox wrong. He said, to reach a better satisfaction, sometimes one must forget for a moment of sexual activity. Fasting sex can be made up to 30 days. These efforts can help to renew the relationship of each couple and restore sexual desire that was extinguished.

Why should 'sex detox'?
Sometimes you have to forget about sex for a while to understand the problems that may haunt and disturb your harmony. If you have sex simply complete the obligation, to pseudo orgasm, or decreased arousal because they are not interested, detox can help in solving problems and exploring what was going on with you.

How to do it?
Every day for 30 days "fast", you have to do different activities, reading, or reflection to explore the many things that affect your sex life. You may be able to see pictures of family memories to learn how these influences play a role in childhood or you can also check your overall health. Ideally, detox husbands and wives together, but you can also do it yourself. Sometimes when the detox is a positive influence, your partner will follow.

What are the benefits of 'sex detox'?
You will get a broader understanding and knowledge of what happened in the sexual life and how they affect your relationship and vice versa. The feeling you'll feel more connected and ready to communicate with a partner. Even if you could not resist the desire for 30 full days, a violation may make it more hot sex, and the results will not be too bad. Source:kompas(webmd)
